Before using this medication, let your doctor know if you are using:

Narcotic pain medications such as codeine
Medicine for sleep or anxiety such as zolpidem, alprazolam, diazepam
Muscle relaxants such as cyclobenzaprine
Antidepressants such as amitriptyline, fluoxetine, paroxetine, trazodone
Antihistamines such as promethazine, diphenhydramine
MAO inhibitors such as furazolidone, isocarboxazid, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, selegiline, tranylcypromine
Psychiatric medicines such as chlorpromazine, fluphenazine, thioridazine, risperidone
Warfarin
Guinidine
Digoxin
Carbamazepine
Sibutramine.

Also inform your doctor if you are taking other drugs that may increase your risk of seizures such as: adrenalin-like drugs (e.g., amphetamine, methylphenidate), bupropion, theophylline, caffeine, isoniazid, donepezil, tacrine.
